Curtis Duffy is a three-Michelin-star chef, earning that recognition four straight years from 2015 to 2018. Chef’s latest restaurant, Ever, is his magnificent obsession. It is slated to open in Chicago in 2020.

In the 2015 Netflix documentary “For Grace,” filmmakers chronicle the creation of Duffy’s former restaurant and tell the riveting story of how the chef’s turbulent past shaped the person he is today.
Duffy sits on the advisory board of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where a $25,000 scholarship in his name is awarded. Duffy’s charitable efforts include volunteering and serving as chef chair for the Grand Chefs Gala, a fundraiser for the Greater Illinois Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Duffy’s culinary and philanthropic efforts led to his induction into the prestigious Disciples d’Escoffier International.
During his free time, Duffy is a combat sports enthusiast, having trained in Shidokan martial arts and Muay Thai over the last decade.
Jason is a modern day renaissance man, operating as a restaurateur/consultant, motivational speaker, and kickboxing/MMA instructor. Jason is a fitness enthusiast always looking for ways to challenge himself. Whether through yoga, strength training, muay thai, or Shidokan martial arts, Jason pushes himself to the limits as his chosen way of life. Having survived stage IV throat cancer in 2014, Jason’s passions include raising awareness and fundraising for various local Chicago cancer-fighting non-profits. The Chicago native loves to share the knowledge from his lifelong martial arts journey as he privately instructs a number of local professionals.
